    Mr. Ravinder Narain

    Batch of 1953 is an eminent lawyer who was a senior partner of the leading Law Firm M/s. J.B.Dadachandji Ravinder Narain Mathur & Co. and is now running the same set up in his own name. Mr. Ravinder Narain was felicitated by Hon'ble Chief Justice of India and Hon'ble Union Law Minister at the ‘Law Day’ function organized by the Supreme Court Bar Association for completing 50 years at the Bar. Further, he was appointed by the Ministry of Finance, GoI as a Member of the high level committee set up to review India’s central excise and custom laws.

    Mr. Aravind Varma

    Batch of 1957, joined the IAS in 1963 and was appointed as the Commissioner of the Faizabad Division. He successfully dealt with the volatile and highly sensitive situation following the demolition of the Babri Masjid at Ayodhya. Currently he is connected with the Indian Wind Energy Association, New Delhi as an adviser and a member of its Governing Council.

    Ustaad Amjad Ali Khan

    Batch of 1963, started enthralling the audience with his scintillating Raga Supernovas since 6, when he made his debut. He was honoured with the Padma Shri in 1975, Padma Bhushan in 1991 and Padma Vibhushan in 2001. Further he also recently received 21st Rajiv Gandhi National Sadbhavna Award. It is his belief in music that has enabled him to interpret traditional notions of music in new refreshing ways, reiterating the challenge of innovation and yet respecting the timelessness of tradition.

    Lt. Gen. Arvind Sharma

    Batch of 1963, joined the National Defense Academy and was commissioned in the Infantry (2nd Battalion of the 4th Gorkha Rifles). He has been adorned with the Param Vishist Seva Medal, Ati Vishist Seva Medal and Vishist Seva MedalHe retired from the Army in December 2006, having attained the highest rank –General Officer Commanding -in Chief of the Eastern Command.

    Jasjit Singh

    Batch of 1964, is multi-faceted and aces the Tennis courts and the field of management with equal ease. He played for India at the Davis Cup, reaching the finals in 1974-75, giving walkover to South Africa due to Apartheid. The win in the “All India Hard Court Championship” is another feather in his cap. He is the Founder and MD of Shoreline Global Investments Inc, an Investment Consulting Company that markets alternative investment products from the US to the Middle East.

    Dr. Pramod Kumar Julka

    Batch of 1966, is the Dean (Academic) of All India Institute of Medical Sciences and a Professor in the department of Radiotherapy and oncology. He is the recipient of several awards, such as the prestigious Padma Shri Award and Life Time Achievement Award by Association of Radiation Oncologists of India, to name a few. Dr. Jhulka has authored research publications in over 150 International medical journals and 110 Indian medical journals and has also authored two books, namely: Becoming a Successful Clinical Trial Investigator (First Edition) and Developing a World Class Clinical Trial Site (Second Edition).

    Shri Madhusudan Prasad

    Batch of 1973, started his career as a Lecturer in Economics in Delhi University and then went on to join the IAS. Shri Madhusudhan Prasad has also served as an Economic Counsellor in the Indian Embassy in Washington, USA. Currently he is working as secretary in the Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India.

    Dr. Ravindra Panth

    Batch of 1973, is a Ph.D. in Buddhist Studies and a scholar of Pali Language. He has been conferred with the Maha Saddhamma Jotikadhaja award by the Government of Union of Mayanmar, Lifetime Achievement Award at the International Festival of Buddhist Heritage of Ladakh and Buddhism Today Award for Leadership Excellence in Vietnam .Currently he is an executive member of the Association of Theravada Buddhist Universities (ATBU), and of the International Association of Buddhist Universities (IABU), Bangkok, Thailand. He also has 70 research papers and 15 books to his credit and is working as Director, Nava Nalanda Mahavir.

    Batch of 1973 is among the most eminent Indian Hindustani Classical Music Vocalist. He has been honored with a Padma Shri in 2006, for his contribution to the Hindustani classical music genre which has earned him several accolades.

    Jan Madhyam

    A NGO founded in 1982, Jan Madhyam aides the specially abled, with a focus on girls, to be exposed to equal opportunities as other children. Jan Madhyam's program focuses on the creation of an inclusive environment that allows the able and the disabled to work and play together. Several modernites are involved in this initiative namely: Ranjana Pandey, Jolly Rohatagi, Kumkum Lall (Mathur) Vikram Jain, Ambika Jain, Dr Molly Kakkar (Rohatgi) Kuldip Sahdev, Padma Sahdev. Mrs Amrita Kapur (wife of Mr. M.N. Kapur) has also whole heartedly supported this endeavor.
