Capitol Express is an award-winning socio-political satire based on the life of Kumar, a new money social climber, who aspires to be inducted in the 'upper class' by any means imaginable. Thus begins his tryst with various ventures to be noted, lauded and respected leading to miserable but hilarious outcomes. A kabadiwala all his life, Kumar struggles to fit into his new 'callings', when his true calling suddenly dawns upon him.
